René Tremblay leads Taubman Asia, the Asian arm of Taubman Centers, a leader in the shopping center industry. As President, Tremblay is responsible for driving Taubman’s shopping center expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.
Appointed to his current role in October 2010, Tremblay has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, having been involved in international investment for almost 20 years.
Formerly, he served as executive vice president, real estate and president of the real estate group of Caisse de dépot et de placement du Québec, one of the ten largest real estate portfolios in the world. Prior to that, as president and CEO of Ivanhoe Cambridge from 1995 to 2009, he oversaw the acquisition and integration of Cambridge Shopping Centres, and developed and executed a successful strategy of major international expansion in markets such as Brazil, Poland, France, Scotland, Spain and China.
Previous work experience also includes Simpson-Sears, Campeau Corp., Westcliff Group, SITQ Immobilier and Cadim International. Tremblay served as worldwide chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers from 2007 to 2008.
René Tremblay has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Université Laval in Québec City. In 2008, he received an Hermès career achievement award from Université Laval. Following the adoption of his daughter Eugénie, in China, in 1999 he worked jointly with his wife Micheline, to create "Fondation Formons Une Famille" a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote general education and assuage poverty and disease, especially for the orphans of the world.

Robert S. Taubman is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Taubman Centers, Inc. He joined the Taubman organization in 1976, was elected executive vice president in 1984, chief operating officer in 1988, president and chief executive officer in 1990 and chairman in 2001. He has headed Taubman Centers and served on its board of directors since the company's initial public offering in 1992.
Mr. Taubman is a member of the board of directors of Comerica Incorporated (NYSE:CMA) and Sotheby's Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:BID). He serves as a director of the Real Estate Roundtable in Washington, D.C., as a trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). He is the founding chairman of ULI's Detroit Regional District Council and a member and past trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Among his many civic and charitable commitments, Mr. Taubman serves as a member of the board of directors of Beaumont Hospitals, a trustee of The Skillman Foundation, and a trustee of the Cranbrook Educational Community, where he is chairman of the audit committee. He is a member of the board of directors of SEMCOG (Southeastern Michigan Council of Governments). He is the immediate past chairman of the Michigan campaign drive for the United Negro College Fund. Mr. Taubman is also a past member of the United States Travel and Tourism Promotion Advisory Board, which was formed in 2003 to assist the U.S. Department of Commerce in attracting international visitors to the United States.
Mr. Taubman holds a B.S. degree in economics from Boston University.

Peter has been with Taubman for more than 27 years and helped to open the Taubman Asia business in 2005.
Taubman Asia is focused on developing relationships with strategic partners in the core markets of China and Korea. In his capacity as Chief Investment Officer of Taubman Asia, Peter is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating development and acquisition opportunities. Peter has previously held positions at Taubman in acquisitions, development and finance.
Prior to joining Taubman, Peter was with Touche Ross & Co. ( a predecessor to Deloitte & Touche), specializing in the real estate industry.
Chris B. HeaphySenior Vice President, General Counsel
and Secretary, Taubman Centers, Inc.
Chris B. Heaphy is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of The Taubman Company. His expertise includes transaction-oriented real estate and general corporate law.
Prior to joining Taubman in June 2005, Mr. Heaphy was a partner in the real estate departments of law firms Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, and Miro Weiner & Kramer, where he worked for 18 years. Mr. Heaphy holds a bachelor of arts degree from Michigan State University’s College of Business and received his law degree from Wayne State University, where he graduated cum laude and was named to the Order of the Coif law school honor society.
He is on the board of directors for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.

Lisa A. Payne is vice chairman and chief financial officer of Taubman Centers, Inc. She also serves as a director of the company. Ms. Payne joined the company in 1997 from her position as vice president of Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division. Her 10 years of service with Goldman Sachs included broad real estate experience in the areas of acquisition and development financing, merger and acquisition advisories, as well as public and private debt and equity offerings. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs she was a vice president in Chemical Bank's real estate department.
Ms. Payne is a member of the board of directors of Masco Corporation (NYSE:MAS), a trustee of the Munder Funds and serves on The Board of Trustees for Cranbrook Schools. She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ms. Payne is a graduate of Elizabethtown College and holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business Administration

Robert R. Reese is senior vice president and chief administrative officer for The Taubman Company. He oversees the company's human resources, information technology, strategy, business improvement, corporate performance management, and business planning functions.
Prior to joining Taubman in 2004, Mr. Reese was a partner in the Chicago-based management consulting firm of RNW Consulting, where he advised Taubman on a range of corporate performance initiatives. Earlier in his career he served as a senior manager with Accenture and a vice president at Citibank. Mr. Reese holds a BA from Northwestern University, where he also earned a masters degree in management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Tam founded TCBL in 2005, and is now CEO of Taubman TCBL. He is a property veteran with more than 20 years of experience
working for major HK developers and conglomerates, including Cheung Kong Group, CITIC Pacific, and Hong Kong Land Limited. Furthermore, he played leading roles in other famous projects in Hong Kong and China, namely Beijing Oriental Plaza,CITIC Square in Shanghai, The Landmark,
Jardine House, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center in Hong Kong.

Mr. Wu serves as the senior advisor of Taubman TCBL. He is a retail property veteran with over 30 years of experience working for major HK developers and conglomerates, including Shui On Land, Sun Hung Kai, CITIC Pacific, and Hong Kong Land. He also played leading roles in other successful projects in Hong Kong and China, including IFC Mall, The Landmark , New Town Plaza and Grand Century Place in Hong Kong , CITIC Square and Xintiandi in Shanghai.
